Solid-state Nanopore Chip

Solid-state Nanopore Chip

A solid-state nanopore chip refers to a nanopore chip with sensing and detection capabilities. It is fabricated by processing nanopores of different sizes on a silicon nitride film supported by a silicon substrate. This product can be used in scientific research for single-molecule detection experiments of DNA, RNA, proteins, and small molecules (such as metal ions and metabolites).

Core Technology

E24-NC01 (Chinese name: Nachuan 01) is a control program capable of precise control on silicon nitride film chips to fabricate nanopores with different pore sizes. This software can prepare nanoscale pores on silicon nitride films using the electrical breakdown method, achieving precise control over the pore size range of 2–30nm. The system holds full independent intellectual property rights, having obtained national software copyright registration and acceptance of invention patent applications.

Sequencing chips and reagents

Nanoporous chip Cell-231 and accompanying reagent kit. A complete and readily available mixture of specific reagents and 5 μ l of sample is placed into the chip sample pool for 10-15 minutes of detection. Without amplification, the results can be directly read and a report can be issued.
